Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The newly built facility is beautifully located near the Lidder River, and I appreciated the cozy room, though it felt cramped once an extra bed was added. Unfortunately, there were maintenance issues with flies in the room, and the dining options left much to be desired. Service was notably lacking, with not enough staff and professionalism, which affected the overall experience. However, I did enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions like Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari.
The resort is a newly constructed property located close to the Lidder River, offering cozy rooms. However, my overall stay was marred by persistent issues such as flies in the room, mediocre food quality, and subpar service, which made it less enjoyable. The beautiful surroundings and climate in Pahalgam were definitely highlights, but the resort itself left a lot to be desired.
I stayed at this resort for 2 nights, and while it had its moments, my experience was a mixed bag. The location near the Lidder River is beautiful, and the surroundings are gorgeous, especially with nearby attractions like Aru Valley and Betaab Valley. However, the room was quite cramped and came with quite a few flies, and the dining options weren’t up to par. I found the service lacking as well, which really affected the overall experience.
I stayed at this resort for two nights and it had its ups and downs. The location near the Lidder River is a major plus, and the rooms are cozy, though a bit cramped with an extra bed. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by service issues and an average dining experience. Despite the flaws, I enjoyed the lovely climate and explored beautiful nearby valleys.
I spent two nights at the resort and while there are some positives, overall my experience was disappointing. The newly constructed building is in a lovely area near the Lidder River, but the rooms, while cozy, felt cramped with an extra bed. The dining options were quite limited and the food was just average. Service was below par, with staff shortages making it feel more like a small family-run place, and I had several issues with housekeeping. The beautiful surroundings like Aru Valley and Betaab Valley were the highlights of my trip.
